🌲Redwood Party

Rooted in Fun. Perfect for Intimate Celebrations.

Our Redwood Party is designed for smaller celebrations while still giving your family exclusive access to Busy Bodies Playhouse.

Your Redwood Party Includes

• 2 hours of private use of:
  • Main Active Playroom
  • Parent Café
  • Preschool Classroom
• 30 minutes of complimentary setup time before your party
• One dedicated party host to assist with setup, help throughout your celebration, and assist with cleanup
• Up to 16 children (including the birthday child)
• Up to 50 total guests
• Exclusive indoor use of your reserved party spaces

Please Note: Outdoor play is not included in the Redwood Party package.

Please request all room additions and guest count increases in advance so we can prepare for your celebration.

Our Oak Tree Adventure is our premier party package, giving your guests exclusive access to everything Busy Bodies Playhouse has to offer.

Your Oak Tree Adventure Includes

• Exclusive use of our entire 3,500 sq. ft. indoor facility
• Exclusive use of our 2,500 sq. ft. outdoor play space
• 30 minutes of complimentary setup time
• 2 hours of private party time, including both indoor and outdoor play
• Use of our outdoor picnic tables
• Two dedicated party hosts to assist with setup, coordinate your party, and help with cleanup

Maximum occupancy: 65 guests.

Facility Rules

Busy Bodies Playhouse is proudly a shoe-free and peanut-free facility.

For everyone's safety:

Shoes must be removed before entering any indoor play space.

Socks are required for every child and adult while enjoying the indoor play areas. Grip socks are highly recommended, especially for younger children and new walkers.

Hard-bottom shoes or rain boots must be worn while using the outdoor play areas.

Children must remain supervised by their parent or guardian at all times.

Guests may only eat at the designated tables in our Cafe, Preschool space and outdoor picnic tables. No food or drinks are allowed to be brought into any of our playrooms throughout the facility.

• Sign your Birthday Party Rental Agreement (sent via email).

You'll have 30 minutes prior to your scheduled party to decorate and set up.

You're welcome to bring:

• Helium-filled balloons

Please note that any themed décor, props, or party items shown in our birthday gallery were provided by previous party families and are not included with your rental.

To help keep our facility looking beautiful, decorations may not be attached to walls using tape, glue, adhesive strips, or any sticky adhesive. Please use the decoration hooks provided throughout the facility.
