If booking 2 children for more then 4 hours, you will HAVE to book each child seperately. The system will automatically say its full if you try to book a full day for 2 children because it calculates the time as 16 hours instead of 8! Select the sibling rate for the second child's booking).
Is my child a good fit for drop in care?
Children must be comfortable and ready for flexible, infrequent, drop in style care to attend.
Children who have had prior childcare experience or who are comortable being left with a caregiver infrequently are suitable to attend.
Please note: If your child has never been in a daycare setting, we are happy to have them attend drop in care, however, any child who cries unconsolably for up to 1 hour in length will be required to be picked up immediately, without a refund of the remaining time left in their booking.
All children must attend a two-hour introductory "warm-up" session prior to booking extended drop-in sessions through our calendar.
All bookings are NON-Refundable.
We understand that things may come up or your child may become I'll. You must cancel your appointment a minimum of 24 hours ahead of time to receive a one time credit to reschedule your appointment. You may only reschedule your appointment ONCE for a full credit. If you cancel the SAME appointment TWICE you will NOT be eligible to receive credit towards a future booking.
We only accept online reservations for drop in care. We do not take any walk ins. You must fill out our registration form before booking. There is no registration fee to attend drop in care.
You must book a tour prior to your child's first time attending. You may reserve your child's slot on the calendar prior to the tour, but you will still need to complete a tour with your child and complete our registration form prior to the date of your child's attendance. Children must be present for the meet and greet tour.
Need multiple full-days of drop in care in the same week? Click on our tuition rates tab, and scroll over to the drop in care section to view 2, 3 and 5 day weekly Non-Contracted Rates. Days MUST be booked in the SAME week in order to receive a flat rate discount. Parents must email us to send us an invoice for those rates we are not able to book those on the calendar.
Children MUST be in attendance during a meal or snack time to be served, children must pack a lunch box.
We do not serve:
Beef, Pork or Shellfish as a meat option (Chicken & Turkey only), juice, food dyes, candy, gum, chips, popcorn, gummy fruit snacks, soda or any junk food.
If you prefer to pack your child a breakfast, to accommodate their dietary needs, PLEASE DO NOT pack any of the food items (labeled in red) as we will not allow them to be served in our facility.

Breakfast: 8:30am-8:45am (we provide)
Lunch: 11:00am-11:30am (packed lunch)
Nap Time: 12:30pm-2:30/3:00pm
Snack Time: 3:15pm-3:30pm (we provide)

Here at Busy Bodies Playhouse we have carefully selected cleaning products that not only sanitize and clean, but also keep your child's health in mind. We use an EPA registered natural, non-toxic cleaner daily to sanitize toys and play areas. Along with plant based sanitizer wipes to keep our children's play spaces and classrooms exceptionally clean without comprimising our health with toxic chemicals.
